We are seeking a charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead our farm-to-table restaurant in Collegeville, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promote farm-to-table cuisine.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the restaurant, kitchen, and bar areas.
  • Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

What We Offer:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments, preferably in a farm-to-table setting.

  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Restaurant 365 or Toast.
