We are an award-winning, farm-to-table culinary haven in Collegeville, PA, seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and labor management
  • Leading the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including financial statements and customer feedback
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., Restaurant 365, Toast)
  • ServSafe certification
