PACCAR Winch Inc, a leading manufacturer of industrial winches, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and components.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using technical documentation and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our equipment and systems, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or production role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 68 pounds, push/pull up to 75 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
