Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team at LensCrafters in White Marsh Mall, Baltimore, MD. As an Optometrist Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading a team of optometrists, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality optometric care to patients, including eye exams, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations.
  • Lead a team of optometrists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent patient care and business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including increasing patient volume, improving patient satisfaction, and enhancing revenue.
  • Collaborate with the MOD, SMM, and store team to achieve business objectives and improve patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest optometric technology and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and business results.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
  • Commitment to quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
