We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Pearle Vision. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional eye care to our patients and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Takes pride in the appearance of the store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
