We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to contribute to the success of our Winter Haven, FL plant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems to resolve issues promptly.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, switches, and valves, to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance and repair efforts.
  • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
About You:

We require a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A business or technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of large machine operation and construction of infrastructure.
  • Technical expertise in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and electronics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems.
  • Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions, and equipment manuals.
