Modeling Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modeling Supervisor to lead our team of professionals in the development and delivery of physical Design Studio Models. As a key member of our Design Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality physical models that meet our design standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead studio coordination efforts, including work balancing, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies for the development and delivery of digital and physical model builds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best tools and techniques for delivering accurate design executions.
- Ensure timely delivery of GPDS deliverables to program timing and Studio constraints.
- Interface with all levels and functions of the Design team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality physical models for management reviews and presentations.
- Develop and implement methods to deliver high-quality digital and physical models with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of model building materials, equipment, and techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to respond to demanding schedules and changing design directions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
