Service Center Operations

At Caliber Collision Centers, we're seeking a skilled Collision Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our Service Center. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our collision repair services. This includes monitoring production, managing risk, and developing our team members to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance
Key Skills:
  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
  • Prior experience with CCC1
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs
