Job Overview
The Laurels of Athens is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant Care Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our care community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests.

In this role, you will work closely with our registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Taking and recording vital signs.
  • Measuring and recording height and weight, intake, and output.
  • Caring for the guests' environment.
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assisting with eating and hydration.
  • Observing guests' skin when administering care and reporting changes to a licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed.
  • Meeting guests' mental health and social service needs.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
