Job Title: Pharmacist - Drug Use Policy Specialist

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a Drug Use Policy Specialist. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing clinical pharmacy services and medication use policies that promote safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services and medication use policies that align with Cedars-Sinai's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address medication-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform medication use policy decisions and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on medication use policies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and excellence in medication use policy.
Requirements:
  • PharmD or equivalent degree.
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of California.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
