B2B Transporation Services is seeking an entry level flatbed broker to assist our senior broker managers. This position will learn from managers with decades of transportation experience.


Ideal candidates will have:

  • Prior sales experience either face to face or remote

  • Ability to be punctual with early morning work hours (7-4)
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful or high-pressure situations
  • Able to make cold calls to potential clients
  • Experience utilizing lead generation resources and a CRM.

Duties and responsibilities

  • load building, scheduling, issue escalation, and capacity securement
  • Work with Account Manager to build a partnership with customers and carriers.
  • Introduce and source customer leads to build a book of business through calls and emails.
  • Negotiate spot and contract pricing
  • Manage customers and prospective clients within our TMS and CRM systems.
  • Be proactive and honest in your communications with clients and carriers.
  • Provide problem solving solutions and top notch customer service
  • Promote the B2B brand and values through your actions.
