Compensation: Competitive piece rate based on properties serviced, with earnings estimated at $ per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly cleaning short-term rental properties to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Maintaining effective communication with both field personnel and office staff.
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns or damages promptly.
  • Providing guests with essential property services information while on-site.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and issues with care and professionalism.
  • Engaging with homeowners to discuss any questions or concerns related to property cleaning.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Possession of reliable personal transportation.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Demonstrates professionalism both in and out of the workplace as a representative of Island Realty.
  • Exhibits values of ethics, integrity, leadership, and teamwork.
  • Prior experience in vacation rental or residential cleaning is preferred.
