Key Responsibilities:
  1. Arrive at client locations on time and perform cleaning services to established standards.
  2. Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, buffing, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash cans, polishing woodwork, wiping down tables, scrubbing toilets, and washing windows.
  3. Check and restock all dispensers and paper products during each shift.
  4. Replace mop heads and vacuum bags as needed.

  7. Identify and report potential issues such as fraying carpet, wobbly tables, or running toilets.

Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to determine and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time.
  • Must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
