About the Role
This Product Delivery Lead position plays a crucial role in driving business strategy based on prior outcomes and feedback. As an expert in Agile methodologies, you'll enable the organization to consistently experiment and evolve its approach. Your primary responsibility will be to manage medium complexity product features with unique expertise and skills. With your strong knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices, you'll lead teams towards continuous improvement and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineering leaders, to drive outcomes-based planning and value delivery. Experience with co-located and distributed teams, as well as certification in CSM or PSM, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage medium complexity product features with unique expertise and skills
• Develop and implement Agile methodologies to drive business strategy
• Foster collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, Scrum Master, or Product Delivery roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Certification in CSM or PSM preferred
