Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tower Tech I to join our team at True North, a Congruex Company. As a Tower Tech I, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunication infrastructure equipment on broadcast towers. This is an entry-level position that requires zero experience, and we provide on-the-job training and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain cellular equipment on towers and structures.
  • Rig loads and secure feedlines to industry standards.
  • Mount steel, antennas, radios, and other assets properly.
  • Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with managers and execute tasks remotely.
  • Understand and utilize tower calls and hand signals.
  • De-rig structures and perform harness inspections.
  • Provide quality installations and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Meet punctuality and timekeeping expectations.
