About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at PT Holdings LLC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including coolers, freezers, and ice machines
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatchers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in a normal rotation of after-hours and weekend on-call schedules
  • Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain service vehicles and order parts as needed
  • Complete required paperwork and attend training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial appliance repair or a related field
  • Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
  • Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with reach-in and walk-in coolers and freezers
  • CFESA certification and related training
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Computer literacy
