  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and employee performance.
  • Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and store appearance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store growth.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a 40-50 hour week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
