Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of luxury residential home projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of high-end residential construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall management of luxury residential home construction projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in coordination with architects, designers, engineers, and clients.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the construction process.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their vision and expectations are met or exceeded.
Team Management:
  • Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, site supervisors, and skilled trades, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of services.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Implement cost control strategies to minimize overruns while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor expenses and submit regular financial reports to management.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct quality control inspections at key project milestones to guarantee excellence in craftsmanship and design integrity.
Problem Solving & Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction to keep the project on track and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 Years of Industry-related experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's of Engineering program or industry-related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, materials, and building codes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and luxury design trends is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
