**Key Highlights:**

* Hospital-based setting with OR, ICU, PCU, and surgical units
* Low PA/NP and surgeon turnover
* Full-spectrum conventional cardiac and thoracic surgery
* Endoscopic vein harvest required
* Open radial harvest desired, with training available
* Robotic thoracic/cardiac surgery desired, with training available
* ICU patient management experience with ventilator, drips, etc.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Salary: $152,791 to $215,233 per year, depending on education, training, and experience
* Productivity bonuses, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives
* Relocation allowance
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, FSA, retirement plans, life insurance, and well-being programs
* Generous PTO

**Requirements:**

* Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
* PR/BLS + ACLS (or ability to obtain)
* 1 year of previous cardiac and thoracic surgery experience
* ICU patient management experience with ventilator, drips, etc.
