Job Description

As a Sales Representative for Multimedia Solutions, you will engage with clients globally, assisting them with a variety of multimedia inquiries. This role involves collaboration with leading names in the video production industry, including major networks and sports organizations. We provide comprehensive training to equip you for a prosperous career in the broadcast video sector, where you will cultivate and oversee customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Providing product recommendations and pricing information
  • Communicating professionally with various departments, clients, and suppliers
  • Managing order entry and sales support tasks
  • Keeping customers informed about their order status
  • Assisting clients in finding appropriate AV solutions, including referrals to specialized team members when necessary

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable collaborating within a team environment
  • Previous experience in multimedia is advantageous, but not mandatory (broadcast, pro-audio, video, etc.)

Position Type/Hours:

This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 per hour, with potential incentives based on sales performance and profit margins.
