Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Weekend Oncology Intermediate Care Unit team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemetry or intermediate care settings and will be able to work every third weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult acute care patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and co-morbidities.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
  • Participate in unit-based councils and other council opportunities to contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program, which provides advancement opportunities and financial rewards.
