About the Role:

DaVita Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, including trend lab values and tracking metrics on vital signs, weight, and outcome management.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering the highest level of care.
  • Train and support clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of dialysis experience required.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification required.
