- Review and approve tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for clients to minimize tax liabilities.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client results.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career development.
- Network and build relationships with clients and other professionals to drive business growth.
- Manage client billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
- 6-8 years of experience in public accounting tax work, preferably with middle-market, high-net-worth individuals, and family-owned businesses.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to stay up-to-date on changing tax laws and regulations, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues.
- Knowledge of various industries and financial statements, with the ability to read and analyze financial data.
Eide Bailly offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $112,000 - $150,000, plus benefits such as paid time off, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, and more.
