Nuvance Health Med Practice CT is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in Ridgefield, CT. As a member of our primary care and pediatrics practice, you will provide comprehensive care to our patients in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population of patients
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our patients
Participate in daily management system (practice huddles) to ensure collaboration and problem-solving occurs at the practice level
Utilize state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites
Requirements:
MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA, and State Controlled Substance Registration
Have successfully completed an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Practice Residency
Experienced Primary Care Physicians or new grads welcome
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible

Market-based, competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match, and contribution
