Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr., based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with LAM ETCH systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure high-quality repairs, enhance and stabilize both new and existing systems, and improve metrics such as response time, quality, yield, tool reliability, productivity, cycle time, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with LAM ETCH 200mm systems, including familiarity with Keyos, Metal 45, Microwave Strip, and Gamma.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry, with the ability to mentor junior technicians and a willingness to learn from peers.
  • Proven understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic principles, and associated tools, along with strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.

Physical Requirements:

This role may require walking up to 5 miles daily, standing for extended periods (8-10 hours), and performing physical activities such as bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling in tight spaces, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The physical demands outlined are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
