Key Responsibilities

  • Support the review and investigation of hospital incident reports to identify areas for quality improvement.
  • Provide secretariat support to meetings and committees, including the Total Quality Management Committee, Incident Review Committee for Serious Reportable Events, and various Quality Assurance Committees.
  • Coordinate quality improvement efforts, including the annual review of departmental policies and the organization of the annual Quality & Safety Day.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to improve quality and safety, including organizing quality conferences and cross-institutional improvement projects.
  • Support the submission of projects or posters to external award platforms.
  • Coordinate surveys, analyze data, and follow up with improvement efforts.
  • Undertake special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality, preferably clinical quality related.
  • Experience in facilitating quality improvement workshops and conducting training, such as Root Cause Analysis and Plan-Do-Study-Act.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a positive can-do attitude and perseverance to overcome challenges.
