Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate Cashier to join our team. As a Sales Associate Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
