Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional service by assisting both internal and external clients, primarily through face-to-face interactions, to meet their branch and rental requirements. You will acquire knowledge through local training and hands-on experience, enabling you to provide administrative support, serve customers, and act as a rental backup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls regarding reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, providing information and resolutions for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
  • Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous assignments as needed.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by assisting clients and evaluating their rental needs.
  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Provide directions and general assistance as required.
  • Evaluate the condition of rentals upon return.
  • Process vehicle returns efficiently.
  • Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services clearly.
  • Promote optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other supplementary equipment.
  • Notify management of any known vehicle issues and required maintenance.
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as necessary.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future.
