Career Opportunity: Physical Therapy Support
We are seeking a Part Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) to join our team in Weymouth and surrounding areas, assisting with Home Health Clients.
Salary Information: $47 hourly rate, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Patient Treatment: Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
- Documentation and Compliance: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Education and Training: Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
- Licensure and Certification: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
- Technical Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems.
