Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as an LPN Skilled Nursing Professional, you must:

  • Hold a valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Have proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Be well-versed in handling diverse medical conditions
  • Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and dedication to providing high-quality care
  • Be adaptable to different patient needs, environments, and challenges

  • Show cultural sensitivity and awareness of social-emotional health
Estimated Salary: $40-$44 Per Hour
