Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Adventist Health Reedley. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to help patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants and students.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
