Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Stability Direct is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Reedley, California.

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their physical, social, and mental functions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques and tools.
  • Supervise assigned assistants and ensure high-quality care.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Two years' experience in occupational therapy, preferred.
  • Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
