Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Control Specialist to manage our company's documents to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in document management within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, particularly involving welding fabrication processes, and proficiency in Microsoft.

This role will primarily focus on administrative tasks related to document control.

Job Responsibilities:

Organize Documents:
Name, store, and organize documents in databases.

Manage Documents:
Track and monitor documents to ensure compliance.

Distribute Documents:
Ensure documents reach the right people on time.

Scan and Retain Documents:
Convert paper documents to electronic format and follow retention policies.

Quality and Audits:
Maintain document quality and perform audits.

Create Templates:
Develop document templates and procedures.

Communicate Updates:
Inform others about new document versions.

Ensure Compliance:
Verify document accuracy and prepare reports.

Train Employees:
Train staff on document control procedures.

Support Learning:
Upload documents and create quizzes for training.

Additional Tasks:
Participate in audits and support process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:
3+ years in document control, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing. Familiarity with welding processes and ISO standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.

Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience with document management programs.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
