As a key member of the team, you will assist in the management of various Special Events and Leisure Experiences, ensuring seamless operations for activities such as ICE and seasonal festivities.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational status, overseeing lighting and audio-visual setups, and maintaining cleanliness and aesthetic standards. You will support the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers by adhering to training protocols and assisting in the development of Special Events staff.

Familiarity with event management software for ticketing, inventory, and space utilization will be essential, as you will be tasked with resolving any financial or inventory discrepancies.

Adherence to company policies and procedures is crucial; you will be responsible for reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions, ensuring a professional appearance, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Customer service is a priority; you will greet and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs and expressing gratitude for their patronage.

Clear and professional communication is expected, both in person and over the phone. Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues will be vital to achieving shared objectives. You will also be encouraged to identify and propose innovative ideas and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety within the organization.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
