  • Superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
  • Ability to accurately handle payment transactions and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clear speaking, writing, and understanding of the English language.
  • Patience, tact, and problem-resolution skills, with high guest interaction.
