Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide exceptional care to our residents at Wathena Healthcare & Rehab Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pass medications to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Perform routine tasks in patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Document and chart care for each resident to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to foster the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
  • Follow infection control procedures and protect residents' rights.
  • Adhere to our policies and standards to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
  • A caring and loving personality and demeanor.
  • The ability to work scheduled shifts and read, write, and speak English.
