Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced COTA to work in a contract, 5x8 Days position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Acute Care and be licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in the state of KS.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF / LTC settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Acute Care
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice
