Job Title: Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent

We are a family-owned heavy civil construction company seeking an experienced supervisor to support our state operations in Washington and Idaho.

About the Role:
  • Manage project progress through schedule updates and cost tracking, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.
  • Develop change order pricing and force account estimates to minimize financial risks.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks and provide guidance on operational procedures.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong background in public and private sectors.
  • Prior experience as a superintendent or similar role is required.
  • Familiarity with earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, mechanical systems, and water/wastewater projects is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews on multiple jobs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Experience with Trimble GPS systems and large-scale heavy civil projects is essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years of recent work history and verifiable experience managing projects in a similar environment.
