The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to guests while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  2. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  3. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
  4. Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and amenities as needed.
  5. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
