Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team at SpinXpress. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all Wash Dry Fold orders. You will also maintain a clean and organized work area, which is essential to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing company services and promotions
* Process and ring up all Wash Dry Fold orders in our POS system
* Sort, separate, wash, dry, fold, and hang guest laundry
* Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment

Requirements:
* Availability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
