Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Duties: Make beds, vacuum and mop floors, restock toiletries, wash and iron sheets, and perform other general cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Room Preparation: Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel's standards prior to guest arrival.
  • Reporting and Communication: Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items, and any damage or repairs needed.
  • Guest Service: Answer general questions from guests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Work Ethic: A hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience: 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
  • Education: Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification.
