- Competitive salary with annual increases based on performance and student outcomes, starting at $80,000 for new educators.
- Monthly rent stipend of $500 for Bronx residents, available for up to three years for new hires.

*Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, with potential earnings up to $110,000 based on experience and performance metrics.

- At least 75% of students will achieve proficiency (score of 65% or higher) in the subject area as measured by internal assessments and state examinations.
- At least 33% of students will exceed proficiency (score of 85% or higher) in the subject area as measured by internal assessments and state examinations.
- Teachers will demonstrate proficiency in classroom management and youth development as indicated by student referral rates, suspensions, and internal evaluation tools.
