Situated in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, The Wayfarer DTLA is strategically located to cater to a diverse clientele.
With unique dining and beverage options, including an exceptional rooftop bar, alongside a comprehensive event and activation program for all venues, The Wayfarer is well-positioned to engage both local residents and visitors to the city.
The Wayfarer embodies a dynamic, lifestyle-oriented, and unconventional atmosphere.This contemporary hotel design is tailored to enhance the experience of independent and endlessly curious travelers through a variety of adaptable and communal public spaces, local art exhibits, and interactive features that encourage exploration and a deeper appreciation of the destination.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property guidelines.
- Consistently maintain a welcoming, friendly, and respectful demeanor, providing personalized service to hotel guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Thoroughly clean guest accommodations in line with Company standards, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, comprehensive bathroom sanitation, wall cleaning, and more.
- Complete room cleaning within the time-per-room benchmarks established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.
- Adhere to Company protocols regarding room amenities.
- Promptly report any items found in guest rooms to the management.
- Ensure the security of the master room key, returning it at the end of the shift and never removing it from the property.
- Notify management of any urgent maintenance issues.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Inform the Executive Housekeeper of any lost/found items or damages.
- Support fellow team members and departments to enhance overall departmental and hotel performance.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by management.
