About the Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel bedrooms and other allocated areas to the highest standard. You will deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing a range of spotless guest bedroom facilities and support the smooth running of the housekeeping department. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure hotel bedrooms and other allocated areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard every day
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience to enjoy a great range of spotless guest bedroom facilities
  • Support the smooth running of the housekeeping department ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard and the housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to
  • Report any maintenance issues to your line manager
  • Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance
