Job Title: HR Associate Program Manager, Financial Services

Bip.Monticello Consulting, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Management Consultant at Bip.Monticello, you will be challenged to utilize your analytical problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in new ways as you lead teams through various strategic initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders, including HRA, manager, employee, Employee Relations (ER), Legal, and build and maintain partnerships to foster trust and accountability.
  • Experience in implementing consistent and efficient operating models with defined accountabilities for the entire end-to-end process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements with the PMO.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive program execution, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project/program management experience in HR related projects within the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm, global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company.
  • 3+ years of experience managing HR related projects and implementing program management routines in the investment & retail banking industry preferred.
  • Solid experience in Financial Services with Data, Technology, and Operations related Programs.
  • Background in delivering Transformation and Regulatory initiatives tied to Data related programs and/or Regulatory Data Findings.
  • Past projects working closely with stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, etc.
  • Experience working on consent orders and MRA's in the banking industry.
  • Understanding of the different project methodologies: Agile Project Methodology, Six Sigma, or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Project Management (PMP) Certification.
  • Understanding of the Agile routines and best practices.
  • Direct experience working on Retail/Consumer Banking and/or Capital markets strategic projects/programs.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and track impactful metrics.
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience with large audiences/senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Management.
