At SpeakEZ Virtual Solutions LLC, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Precision Specialist to join our team on the 3rd shift in Washington, PA. This is a direct hire position offering stability and opportunities for growth.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Precision Specialist will be responsible for fabricating and repairing complex tooling, ensuring they meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and implement improvements in die-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain dies and tools for manufacturing processes, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on dies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Inspect completed parts to guarantee conformance to die specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve tooling issues to maintain workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve die designs and production processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating various machinery.
  • Manage and maintain materials used in die-making, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of die maintenance, repairs, and modifications, providing valuable insights for process optimization.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in machining and constructing tooling to drawing specifications.
  • 1 year of experience operating manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other relevant machinery.
  • Associate degree or 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Precision Specialist.
  • Familiarity with steel heat-treating processes and welding techniques (TIG/MIG).
  • Prior experience building die tooling for stamping/manufacturing processes is preferred.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
