Job Title: Senior Automotive Technician

Job Summary:
The Senior Automotive Technician position requires a highly skilled and experienced technician to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, while providing leadership and mentoring to a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including drivability and electrical systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of repair procedures and standards.
  • Participate in the selection and training of new technicians.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
