Automotive Master Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Master Technician to join our team at Car Pros Automotive Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Repair and overhaul automobiles, vans, trucks, and other automotive vehicles, using technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and experience to plan work procedures.
- Customer Service: Examine vehicles and discuss with customers, service advisors, or service managers the nature and extent of damage or malfunction, providing clear and concise explanations of repair options and costs.
- Technical Expertise: Plan and execute repairs, using a variety of tools and equipment, including rewiring ignition systems, replacing and adjusting headlights, and repairing or replacing shock absorbers.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a cooperative and professional manner with all personnel, adhering to company policies on non-discrimination and harassment, and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Quality Control: Road test vehicles as needed before and/or after repair, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.

- After 60 days, employee will have 80% of basic medical through Regence, which includes vision and prescription coverage.

Hourly/Flat Rate Pay Range: $40.00
