Executive Chef

As the Executive Chef at Great Wolf Lodge, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation. You will lead a team of chefs and cooks to ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new menus and recipes to meet the needs of our guests and drive revenue growth
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
