Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team of Housekeeping Staff: Supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Inspect and Clean Rooms: Inspect and clean multiple rooms each day to ensure that they are clean and comfortable for our guests.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop the skills of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Laundry Operations: Assist with laundry operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
- Support Front Desk: Report room status to the front desk and assist with guest requests.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Team: Support the maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective, or missing items.
- Previous Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, property management, or healthcare is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively lead a team and communicate with guests.
- Physical Demands: This role requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
